The card issuer's rate can usually avoid exchange losses, please confirm the rate before your selection. 2. Normally the stock are raw frames, around two weeks painting time will be needed. If we have the frame with the color already painted in stock, then it can shipped out soon within a week. If customized color, then extra one week will be needed to buy the paint.
