Shipping policy

To ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely, normally we use EMS and DPD as our logistics partners.

EMS
For deliveries to all countries, we ship your order with EMS.
DPD
For deliveries to EU countries , we can also ship your order with DPD, which includes customs duties, if need.

Delivery times
EMS: 7-20 working days
DPD: 15-20 working days
*The actual delivery time may vary from different countries.

Customs duties
For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs duties may apply in the country of destination. DENGFU has no influence on these fees, which shall be borne by the Customer.
For deliveries to EU countries, customs duties can be covered if you choose the logisctics DPD.

Every delivery we send is packed well before shipping. When you receive your delivery, please immediately check for external damage. Please refuse to sign and contact us if the product and box are damaged. Then the package will be returned back to us.
